Coloring is my favorite thing, next to drawing that is. I used to use the burn and dodge tools in Photoshop for my shading, but lately I've been messing around with different brush settings. I don't have any set method of coloring actually, I just like to try a lot of new things.
But I have to admit I do kinda (and by "kinda" I mean "really") suck at coloring, so I'd like to hear how other people do it too. XD
